Pre-treatment Cartridge
This cartridge combines spherical, catalytically active activated carbon with an added catalyst to provide reliable protection for a downstream reverse osmosis membrane. It removes oxidizing agents such as free chlorine and ozone, along with heavy-metal ions and particulate contaminants, from feed water before it reaches the RO stage. The added catalyst is especially effective at removing free chlorine at lower temperatures or higher pH than activated carbon can manage on its own, and the cartridge's design allows for fast, easy installation and exchange.
