This cartridge combines high-grade activated carbon, a catalytic pretreatment stage, and a downstream reverse osmosis membrane for reliable protection of feed water. The spherical, catalytic activated carbon reliably removes oxidants such as chlorine and ozone, along with heavy metal ions and particulate contaminants. The downstream RO membrane further retains up to 98% of salts, along with bacteria and particles, before water reaches your system.
