This system uses electrodeionization (EDI) as a third purification stage, following particle filtration and reverse osmosis, to reliably remove ions from feed water and consistently deliver Type 2 pure water. Intelligent iJust technology optimizes water consumption while extending the life of downstream ultrapure water systems, and a touch display with intuitive navigation, operable with gloves, keeps daily operation simple.
