Welcome to the Pure Lab Solutions Employee Spotlight series, in which we highlight our incredible team members! First up in the series is Matt Gruber, a Senior Validation Technician celebrating 5 years at PLS. We asked him a series of questions to get to know him further.
Q: What do you do at Pure Lab Solutions?
A: I wear a lot of hats – equipment validation, client communication, equipment service, warehouse management, the list goes on. Primarily though, I manage and support the service team to ensure that validations, services, and installations go smoothly and are processed properly after the fact.
Q: Favorite part of working at PLS?
A: The dogs! Our office is very dog-friendly and it’s not uncommon for one or two dogs to be in the office at all times. Usually it’s Rae, our Chief Dog Officer, but we can bring in our dogs from home if the schedule/work of the day allows, which is a great benefit to morale and just overall enjoyment of being in the office.
Q: How do you spend your free time?
