Welcome to the Pure Lab Solutions Employee Spotlight series, in which we highlight our incredible team members! Today we’re featuring Grace Manning, our Projects & Marketing Coordinator celebrating 7 years at PLS. We asked her a series of questions to get to know her further.
Q: What do you do at Pure Lab Solutions?
A: I handle a mix of project management, marketing, and administrative support. My work includes improving internal company processes and developing a range of marketing materials for industry events and digital platforms. A significant part of my role also involves managing the PLS website – which we recently redesigned!
Q: Favorite part of working at PLS?
A: I enjoy working at Pure Lab Solutions because my work is highly impactful and consistently engaging. As it's a small company, my projects directly benefit both coworkers and clients. I particularly appreciate seeing the company-wide efficiency gains from our internal improvement processes. The constant flow of diverse short- and long-term projects ensures I'm always tackling new and exciting challenges.
Q: How do you spend your free time?
A: I have a thousand hobbies and rotate between them, but right now I split my free time into working on one of my many websites, learning how to create audiovisual graphics content with code, crafting while rewatching a sitcom (currently: cross stitch + Parks and Recreation), gardening, playing volleyball, and taking aerial silks classes.
Q: A fun fact about you…
A: I have a collection of about 200 roadmaps & brochures ranging from the 1950s to 2020s — and am currently working to digitally archive each one.
